My 10 Tips to Get the Best Brazil Butt Lift Results Ever

You can get the best Brazil Butt Lift workout results possible, if you follow these simple tips.

The good news it that it’s not that difficult to get really great results. In fact, the best Brazil Butt Lift results have nothing to do with being lucky or having a supernatural ability to lose weight fast. It has to do with following these 10 tips, which I believe, helped give me the best possible Brazil Butt Lift results I could get and took me from flab to fab in only 60 days!

What I Did to Get the Best Brazil Butt Lift Results Possible:

  1. Do the 6-Day Supermodel Slimdown: If you want the best results, you must do the Slimdown plan. I know it’s
    BackView
My 60 day results from the Brazil Butt Lift workout program.

very hard in the beginning because you will feel tired and grumpy if you’re a carb addict like I was, but you could literally cut 10 lbs after six days of this plan. Sure, a lot of it is extra water weight, but you will look and feel a lot better after losing that excess weight. Plus, it will get your stomach shrunk down to a size that will more easily accept the cut in calories once you begin the real program and will also get you headed in the right direction to more easily craving fruit over potato chips.

  2. Don’t Skip Workouts: Whether you’re tired or sore, please do not skip the workouts – it’s one of the worst habits you can get yourself into. Once you start, it will be easier to keep skipping a workout here and there. Think of your workouts as mandatory – you will not get the best results from the program if you skip them. The program was designed with the workouts on certain days for a reason. The days you do workouts in particular orders has a lot to do with rest and recovery. For example, you’ll do Tummy Tuck on days you do Bum Bum, and then do High & Tight on days with Cardio Axe to not make any area of your body too sore.
  3. Follow the Classic Schedule: If you have any fat to be lost, do the Classic Schedule. This combines the most fat-burning cardio, while at the same time, really working your legs to slender out your hips, butt, and thighs. It is the most difficult of the workout schedules, but it is also the most rewarding when it comes to results time.
  4. Really Watch What You Eat: While you don’t have to only eat what’s included in the menu, you really need to watch what you eat – no cheating! This means no cheat meals on your rest days and being smart when you’re out and about. It’s only 60 days…keep telling yourself that. Healthy foods include whole grains, fruits, veges, lean proteins, and healthy fats. While by all means, eat the recommended snacks for extra energy, do not make a habit of eating an ounce of dark chocolate or baked potato chips as a form of sustenance instead of something healthy you’d rather not eat. At meals when I didn’t eat what was recommended for one reason or another, I ate a 40/30/30 ratio of protein to carbs to fat. I tend to lose weight very quickly on a slightly higher protein diet, but do what’s good for your body.
  5. Drink Your Shakeology: Shakeology is a great meal replacement shake full of healthy vitamins and minerals, and I will honestly say, that I would not have gotten such great results if I didn’t drink it daily while working out as hard as possible. If you work or are an extremely busy lady, this is definitely something you should consider to get you through the day eating as healthy as possible – whether you bring it to work or have it for a quick breakfast. Plus, it tastes pretty darn good if you follow the recommended recipes.Hot Tip – When ordering Shakeology, select “Home Direct”, which puts you on a 30-day auto delivery service and give you Free Shipping with the ability to easily cancel at anytime. So, all you have to do is order and then cancel the Home Direct service to receive Free Shipping, plus if you do not like Shakeology for any reason, you can return any remaining amount or even your empty bag and receive a 100% refund minus the shipping costs for returning the bag. You can order Shakeology by Clicking Here.
  6. Track Your Calories: Don’t rely only by what your labels are telling you – use an online calorie calculator to figure your daily calories as you most likely are eating too many if you don’t. And make sure to measure and weigh your foods accurately – no guessing! It is soooo easy to sabotage your results if you’re taking in too many or too few calories.
  7. Do Something on Your Rest Days: Whether it’s taking the dog for a walk or doing some yoga to rest your mind, doing something on your rest days will help maximize your results. Even if it’s only 20 minutes of something, it’s still something where you’re not sitting on your butt doing nothing.
  8. Give Every Workout Your All: Leandro will tell you all workout long to push harder and that’s exactly what you need to do to get the best results from the Brazil Butt Lift program. If you halfheartedly complete each workout, you are not going to ever get the body of your dreams. Sometimes, I felt like I couldn’t possibly go on, so I just pushed the pause button, regained my composure, and kept going.
  9. Use the Heaviest Weights You Can Safely Handle: You will not get big from using heavy weights. The truth is, the heavier weights are what’s going to get you that lean, toned look you’re you want. The design of the Brazil Butt Lift workouts are not to build bulk, so even if you were to use 20 lb weights for the Sculpt video or 5 lb ankle weights on each ankle for the High & Tight video, you are completing too many reps of each exercise to get bulky like a bodybuilder. Use caution thought, don’t use weight you can’t handle for the amount of reps – you don’t want to injure yourself. For the first entire week, I did not use any weight for anything. I gradually worked my way up to where I was using 5-15 lb weights for Sculpt and 5 lb ankle weights on each ankle for High & Tight. I also needed to buy a stronger resistance band, because the one that comes with the program gets way too easy too quickly. So, if you’re looking for the best BBL results possible, USE THE HEAVIEST WEIGHT YOU CAN LIFT!
  10. Get Support: Honestly, there will definitely be days when you feel like quitting, which is why a good strong support system is definitely something you’ll want to keep you motivated and sticking to it! 60 days is not that long, but it can really feel like forever if you’re struggling with finishing workouts or finding time to do them. I chose a FREE Team Beachbody account, which gave me all the online support and motivation  needed. Whether you have questions or other health and fitness related issues, someone is there online to help you 24 hours a day. Plus, you will have your own online coach who will be there for you when you need it most, and you can track your workouts and your progress to keep you in check. I know I contacted my coach several times to ask about my diet and/or replacing one workout with another. And keeping track of my progress, really helped to keep me going strong! It is something that can really make or break your results.

I hope the tips I used to get my fantastic, real Brazil Butt Lift workout results in only 60 days will also help you get the results you want! If I could do it, you can do it too! If you have any other helpful tips or advice you’d like to share for getting the best Brazil Butt Lift results possible, please leave a comment below.

  1. hi,
    how is it 60 days … ?
i have the schedules for 4 weeks – do you just start from the beginning when done w/ the first 4 weeks?

      1. Hi Allie, BBL is a muscle toning and fat burning program in my view. You can’t spot reduce fat loss, but the workouts do target the butt and thighs which help tone them up.

      2. I have gotten discouraged and didn’t work with BBL for about 3 weeks. I did it for 2 and i was getting a smaller bum and i didn’t like it. I was thinking about doing the volume plan to start out and get the size of the bum I want but will that program tone up my thighs like I want, I was thinking about doing the 2nd month as the slim and shape program. What is you opinion about this?

      3. Hi Allie, Sounds good to me. Were you measuring or going by eye, sometimes the eye can deciding as you might have been toning which could give the smaller appearance. Bethany

      4. I took pictures and measured. I lost 1.5″ on my hips I was happy about that but I didn’t like the aspect of losing the size of my bum.

      5. Hi Allie, Remember you can’t spot reduce, our genetics determine for the most part where we hold our fat. Bethany

      6. While doing the volume plan will I get more shape to my body and tone my legs while getting more of a butt?

  2. Hey beth.
I did bbl for 3 weeks about 4 months ago..lost 14 lbs and now i just want to reduce some ectra fat on belly and thighs. What routine should i follow now? I did classic then.

    1. Hey Bethany!
My volleyball season is about over and I purchased BBL to stay in shape/ get into better shape and tighten up and get toned! I am looking forward to pushing myself and getting fit and feeling more confident! I do have problem areas and they are my thighs! I have some saddle bags and I have a little tummy and some baby abs. What is your recommendation for shaving the fat off of my thighs and stomachs to get the best results possible! And I do have a medium sized butt and I want it to be more rounder and more perky any tips would be very appreciated! Thanks!

      1. Hi Allie, I would not be to concerned with spot reducing and just ocncentrate on doing your best with the workouts, nutrition and your results will come. I would recommend following the combination schedule as I believe it targets the butt from all sides the best.

  3. Hi Bethany, your before and after are amazing.
I have a problem tho figuring out which program to follow. The classic or the volumizer? Here’s the thing, I have a large amount of belly fat, my waist measures at 37 inches and I’m only 144 pounds. My butt is made mostly of fat and is extremely droopy and saggy, embarrassingly so. I want to lose the fat, but I want my butt to be big round and firm. My husband likes it big. Lol. I have one pound ankle weights to start. I will buyheavier ones on month two. What are your suggestions?

    1. Hi Holly, I would follow the classic schedule, I think it is the most well rounded program for total body toning which it sounds like are looking for. One pound ankle weights are good to start or even no weight to begin, but you will develop strength fast, so be prepared to move up in ankle weights. -Bethany

  4. Bethany,
First of all, thank you for your very informative website. I have been on it A LOT researching things!! My Brazil Butt Lift just arrived in the mail today (Saturday). I will be starting on Monday. I noticed in the schedule there are often 2 videos per day. Are these to be done back to back or can one be done at one time of day and the other a different time? Will if affect your results to break it up? I’m most concerned about the days that you do Sculpt and something else. I’m not sure I will ever have that much time at one time to do it!
Also, I just read the above post, and now I’m confused. What workouts should be done during the 6 day slim down if not the first week according to the schedule?

    Thanks!

    1. Hi Stephanie, congratulations on your decision to shape up following BBL! If there are two workouts in one day, my suggestion is always to do them whenever you feel you’re going to be able to fit them into your schedule best and give them your all. Whether this means doing both back to back or at separate times is entirely up to you. I just did my two workouts however fit best into my schedule for the day, which meant it always varied. It will not make a difference in your results either way – one way is not more effective than the other.

For the 6-day slimdown, do the workouts the slimdown recommends. Think of it as a pre-workout program week to get your body adjusted to eating healthy. If you did the regular workouts for the slimdown week, you are not going to have enough energy to push through them like you will the following week when you’re eating more caloreis. One workout will be enough…trust me :) After that first week of the slimdown, simply follow the Classic schedule at week one. I hope this helps, but if you do have any other questions along the way, please feel free to ask. Good luck!

      1. Thank you!! I did see that about about the slimdown pretty much 3 minutes after I asked the question. I happened to have just seen the post above and asked instead of looking at my packets right in front of my face! :) Thanks again for your quick and helpful resonse!

  5. Hi Bethany.
I just celebrated the big 5-0 a few months ago and am ready to defy the expectations that a woman in her fifties can’t look amazing! (Actually, I’m afraid those may be my own expectations which has made me hesitate to begin

    1. Hi Jennifer, first…Happy 50th Birthday! Second, you’re never too old to look amazing, so congrats on your decision to get fit! Who says women in their fifties can’t look fit and sexy?! You just need to let go of any misconceptions you have – you can look incredible at any age. Don’t think negatively. Make sure to be positive – tell yourself you’re going to look great no matter what it takes and make sure it happens :) It also helps to envision yourself how you want to look when you’re finished with the program and think about that each and every time you exercise – it will really help you push as hard as you can. I hope this helps to get you going, but if you need any motivation along the way, just let me know. Stop hesitating and start getting the body you’ve always wanted – you can do it!

      1. Thanks for the response Bethany. But of course my message got cut short somehow because I actually did have a question in there! Lol!
After a lot of research I was originally going to try the BBL/T25 hybrid but after seeing your results I think straight BBL is a good place to start. I’m 5’4″ and 129 lbs. I don’t think I want to lose more than 10 lbs. I look good in clothes but summer is coming and the truth shall be revealed! And for me that truth is cellulite on my thighs and butt, saggy knees, a muffin top and poochy belly. Do you think BBL is a good choice? I think eventually I would like to try Body Beast for definition and strength, but I think I’ll just wait and see where this journey takes me. So, on to my question. After the Six day Supermodel Slimdown I should start with week one of the combination/classic workout and continue to week four, then repeat one thru four again for a total of 9 weeks. Is that correct?
Thank you for this site. I find it motivates me to get my butt in gear so I can get it into a bathing suit by June! Ha!

      2. Hello again! I think BBL would be a great choice for as the repetitive strength training exercises really tone up those problem areas you’ve mentioned. After the 6-day slimdown, you should begin week one of the classic workout and continue on to finish the first official four weeks. After that, you repeat the entire schedule, but for the second full four weeks, I would switch up your weeks to add some variation. So yes, it will be for a total of nine weeks. Congarulations again on whipping your butt into shape for the summer :) Just remember to eat a clean, reduced-calorie diet, and you will be well on your way to looking your best!

  6. Hi!

I just started brazil butt lift today, I am doing the classic schedule. I did bum bum, but I didn’t feel it in my butt and I had troubles doing the exercises so that I could actually feel them. In order for me to feel like I’m actually working out, I need to feel it, I need to feel sore. But, I didn’t feel it in my butt at all. What should I do? I feel really discouraged already . . .

    1. Hi ALanna, don’t be discouraged it can take a couple times through to get used to the new moves. I would suggest slowing down and really concentrating on exercise form. If you do the exercises properly they will target your butt. -Bethany

  7. Congratulations on the transformation :)

I’m 30 years old 166 cm height and 51 kg weight. I am planning to start BBL cause I want to lift my thighs and butt. I also wanna tone my abs but in the same time I don’t want to loose weight. I wanna gain extra pounds to reach my ideal weight. Does this workout suits me? And how can I get the energy to do the workout since I feel tired easily once I start to do exercises. Can I use the shake for energy ?

    1. Hi Nouf – I would suggest following BBL’s Lift & Shape plan and make sure you’re eating enough calories each day, so you don’t lose any more weight. While using the heaviest weights you possibly can during the workouts will help you gain lean muscle mass (and some minimal muscle weight), it’s really about putting more food into your body than you’re burning that will help you reach your ideal weight. Maybe shoot for 1600-2200 calories per day, depending on how much you’re eating now. I would try to up your calories by 300 per day for your first week and see where you’re at by the end of the first week.

As for finding the energy to work out, it really has a lot to do with a healthy diet, getting enough rest, and drinking plenty of water. Shakeology is wonderful – I personally love it, because it’s great for giving you a boost and it’s full of vitamins and minerals that not only make you feel good overall, but really help brighten your complexion. As you work out more, you will begin to build endurance, which will help you last longer before you start to tire. You may also want to switch up the time of day you’re exercising at if you’re feeling too beat. I hope this helps, but if you do have any other questions, never be afraid to ask. Good luck!

  8. Your transformation is amazing!!
I’m in my mid-40s and have been inactive for the last 4 years due to illness and three surgeries. I’m now ready to get back in shape.
I have about 30lbs to lose and have very jiggly thighs packed with cellulite….and I mean really packed it’s embarrassing…and everything moves when I walk.
    What are your suggestions?

    1. Hi Josie – my advice would be to start BBL’s combination program as soon as possible to get going on getting rid of that cellulite and the jiggles! BBL is designed to help get rid of all types of backside issues, so I know it will help you lose weight and tone up those thighs. Just do it at your own pace in the beginning, since you’re not used to working out. You will get stronger with time and build endurance.

The circulation and fat loss you’ll get with BBL is what will help reduce the appearance of your cellulite. Also, really make sure to watch your diet as that plays a huge part in getting rid of cellulite. I would suggest following the Supermodel Slimdown plan, and then eating a healthy, reduced-calorie, whole foods diet rich in all those good-for-you foods. I hope this helps, but if you do have any other questions, never be afraid to ask. Good luck!

  9. What an amazing before & after! My body comp is similar to your “before” shot right now — and I would love to look like your “after” once I’m done with BBL. Did you get those results after only one round of BBL? Were you doing anything else (other workouts or trackign calories)? So grateful for your input!

    1. Hi Julie – BBL was the only workout I did for the 60 days. I did often do yoga or take the dogs for a long walk on my “off” day, but that was the only extra activity I did. I followed the Classic schedule and really watched what I ate, including tracking my calories on myfitnesspal and Beachbody to ensure I was getting the right amount of calories – not too many and not too few. I also did the 6-day supermodel slimdown plan.

If you’re looking for a great way to help cut fat fast – try eating only one serving of grainy carbs per day, and then filling the rest of your day with veggies and fruit carbs. You also want to try to keep healthy ratios of carbs to proteins to fats (40/35/25 or 40/30/30). I also cut out processed foods almost entirely and made sure to eat lots of lean protein. I hope this helps, but if you do have any other questions, never be afraid to ask. Good luck – if you follow my tips, you can definitely get the body you’ve always wanted :)

  10. Hello bethany!
Currently this is my third day , i am on classic routine. I keep on getting dizzy in the middle of the routine and because of that i have to stop twice during my workout is this normal at all. Plus i am watching what i eat but soft drink is something that i cannot seem to stop drinking. So can i drink atleast a can of coke once a day other than that i am restricting every junk food out there i only eat whole foods and fruits.

    1. Hi Kai – getting dizzy during the middle of your workout is never a good thing, so I would really make sure you’re doing the following, and if it continues to be a problem, see your doctor right away to rule out anything more serious:

      1. Are you drinking at least 8, 8 ounce glasses of water each day? It is imperative that you stay hydrated throughout the day.
      2. Are you keeping yourself hydrated during your workouts? You lose a lot fluid if you’re sweating, so make sure to always have a glass of water handy during each and every workout
      3. Are you overheating, meaning are you exercising in a comfortable temperature? If your room is 85°F, you will most likely begin to overheat, which can cause dizziness.
      4. Are you eating a healthy diet with enough whole carbs? If you’re not eating enough carbohydrates, you can start to feel lightheaded.
      5. Are you eating enough calories? Again, not eating enough means you’re not giving your body enough energy to function, nevermind work out, so make sure you’re eating the recommended calories.
      6. Are you working out too hard – if you are unable to talk during the workouts, you are pushing yourself too hard. Tone it down to where you can keep a conversation for the entire workout. And remember to just do the workouts at your own pace – you don’t need to get in as many reps as they day or jump as high as they do. You can build up your endurance gradually. And make sure to breathe during your workouts :)

One other possibility might simply the fact that you’re beginning to work out and eat right after a not-so-healthy lifestyle full of soft drinks. It sounds like you’re suffering from sugar withdrawals and soda is an addiction for you. I would stop drinking it entirely. The sugar in a can of soda is equivalent to a candy bar…or more! It’s really bad for your body, so really try to eliminate the soda entirely. You may miss it for a week or so, but you will get over it in time and begin to feel better with each passing day. Instead, opt for flavored seltzer if you like the carbonation – Polar has some wonderful flavors that are naturally sweet. Also, try eating at least three fruits each day – the sugars in the fruits should curb any cravings.

I hope this helps, but if you continue to feel dizzy after taking these facts into account, really see your doctor to ensure you’re healthy enough for exercise. Good luck!

      1. I just calculated i only drink around 4 glasses of water in a day. This might be the reason for getting dizzy. As for soft drink i will try to eliminate it completely. Thank you :)

      2. Hi Bethany,

I live in England and came across your website while looking for BBL reviews, prior to purchasing the programming – boy, am I glad I did!

Your sensible and realistic advice – for example – to Kai, who reported dizziness and soda addiction – made me see that I would have confidence in asking questions which may seem a little “silly” to me, but are probably common questions for many others.

        Going to order right now!

        Thank you!

  11. Hello Bethany, thanks for this marvelous blog, I’m sure it’s helping a lot of people :) I was wondering if doing brazil butt lift first thing in the morning would be Ok… Thank u lady :D

    1. HI Mizar, yes working out in the morning is fine. The best time to workout is really different for everyone and as long as you don’t exercise to close to bedtime you’ll be fine. -Bethany

  12. Hi Bethany,

I am doing BBL Classic solution from 2 weeks . I didn’t lost weight nor the inches. I drink shakeology every morning as my breakfast. I am a vegetarian. I try to take low fat diet. Do you think I am got getting the results because of the low protein consumption. Should i drink shakeology twice for best results. I am using the ankle weights and 5 pounds dummbells. Can u please suggest me?

My Typical day breakfast : Choclate shakeology with 1 cup almond milk and one banana

Lunch : Subway 6 inch veggie patty sandwich

    snack : Apple

Dinner : egg white omlet with steamed broccoli and edmame

    or
Veggie salad and homemade vegetable soup cooked with vegetable stock
    or
2 Ezekiel Bread slices with hummus and some lettuce

    1. Hello, first do you have a Beachbody Coach?

While it has only been two weeks since you started, I am concerned you have not seen any weight loss or change in measurements. Did you take before pictures that you could compare to your physique now?

Also, while I understand the vegetarian diet, I would like to see if you could add some healthy fats into your diet. For example, Try to add in a handful of nuts like walnuts or almonds with your snack, add some olive oil to your salads, and/or make your omelet with one yolk and use coconut oil. You could also try adding in a tablespoon of peanut butter to your Shakeology.

I would also suggest tracking the amount of calories you are eating for a couple of days. You should be eating at least ten times your body weight in calories. If you weigh less than 120 you should eat 1200 calories as this is the amount the body’s internal organs need to function properly on a daily basis. My guess is you are not eating enough calories now and your body is entering into starvation mode. Upping your calories should help!

Ankle weights and 5 pound dumbbells are good to begin with as you progress into the second month I would try to up the dumbbells to 8 pounds.

And, no I would not recommend doubling up on the Shakeology. Hope that helps, Bethany

  13. Hey Bethany,

I just have a quick question for u regarding which program I should do, as I am having some trouble deciding between insanity or BBL. I will give u a bit of background info –

I definitely want to do both workouts. I just don’t know which to do first. I am currently around 140lbs, 5’4, and I have gone down from 160 to 150 down to 140 recently, over the course of about a year. The first 10 was from jogging, most recently I have lost due to a change in diet (chopped chicken salad at BP’s for supper every night! Who knew? XD) My measurements are currently 39-29-39. My problem is that with this weight loss, my breasts haven’t noticeably gone down which was what I wanted. I am still 34FF. I am lookin for the workout that will help me to she’d those last stubborn pounds, while allowing me to keep an hourglass shape, or just shrink my boobs and build my butt. Would u recommend insanity first to lose more weight, then BBL to tone? Or do u think I should do BBL first to build up to insanity? Or should I follow a hybrid routine to get the best from both worlds ideally? I don’t have the BBL DVD’s or shake ploy currently but am looking to get them soon.

Also my work schedule has changed from bartending, standing around for 9 hours, to being an oilfield medic, where I’ll be sitting on my butt for 12+ and working away from home. I eat pretty healthy already, lots of Fruits and veggies in my lunch, and I do realize I really have to cut back on my calories because I will be sitting on my butt for so long. Can u please help me to choose?

    Thanks,

    CJ

    1. Hi CJ – congrats on your weight loss so far – that’s wonderful! It sounds like you have a nice hourglass figure, so losing the extra weight should help get your chest to get a bit smaller and shape/lift your backside nicely. I would recommend following BBL’s combination schedule for 60 days, and then move on to Insanity, however, my article Brazil Butt Lift vs Insanity, which is right for you? should help clarify any questions you may have about either program.

It sounds like your diet is already fairly healthy, so I would just cut down to 1400 calories if you’re going to have a huge drop in your activity level. That being said, if you feel like you’re starving at any point, just add in a 100 calories snack that BBL recommends to prevent yourself from overindulging. Just be sure to eat a diet rich in whole foods, lean proteins, and healthy fats and watch your ratios of proteins to carbs to fats. This is very important in the fat burning process, because if you’re not eating enough protein, you’re not going to optimally burn calories.

And a useful trick to keeping healthy on a busy work schedule is to make your meals for the week on your day off, so you can bring your food with you to work each day, and you don’t have to worry about making food in the morning or when you come home after a long day at work. I would also suggest Shakeology for breakfast if you can afford it, because it will really help keep you on track and is super easy to make in the morning. Good luck, and if you have any other questions along the way, just ask. Good luck with the workout and with your new job!

  14. Hi Bethany:
I just found you through you tube..
My situation is pretty much as Ellis I have some of the work outs but I do not have
The slimdown plan is there any way that u can post this in here or e-mail it to me please!!
Am trying to loose 20 pounds and am unsure of what I have to do or where to start!!

    1. Hi Rubi – it is against my policy to give out any of the diet plans. I feel really awful telling you that, but if you bought the program from a reliable seller, you would have everything you need. I’m really sorry, but it’s not fair to those who do pay full price for the product. I hope you can understand.

As for not knowing what to eat, aim for whole foods – nothing packaged – in ratios of 35% protein to 35% carbs to 30% healthy fats. Do opt for a protein shake if you can’t get enough protein from other sources. Keep track of your calories and macronutrients on myfitnesspal.com. I would shoot for 1200-1600 calories per day depending on how much you weigh now and how much you want to lose. Opt for lean protein sources like eggs, chicken, turkey and fish, carbs like fresh fruits, veges, and whole grain carb sources, as well as healthy fats like olive oil, natural almond or peanut butter, and nuts. And always eat salad with a natural dressing topped with chicken and tuna when you can. I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions, please ask. Good luck!

      1. Hi Brittany, my calendar for the Classic workouts only shows double workouts on certain days, not everyday. It only has double days with Bum Bum and Tummy Tuck for the whole month. Is this correct?

  15. Hii! First of all congratulations you look amazing!!
I just got my BBL I need to lose 12 pounds.
I saw that you said that The Classic work out is better for faster results! I thought the big butt solution was faster. So do you think I should follow the classic combination if I want to see faster results?

    1. Hi Clarice, thank you for the compliment. I would go with the classic program for the best results. The big butt solution schedule is more cardio, but it is also less workouts total.

  16. Hi Bethany,

I recently received BBL The Workouts as a gift with the DVDs: Basics, BUM BUM, BUM BUM RAPIDO, DVD#2: HIGH & TIGHT SCULPT, DVD#3: CARDIO AXE, TUMMY TUCK. but only the DVDs. my sister passed them to me after she moved but she could not find the slim down plan or the work out schedule. i am not sure what to do first. today i did cardio axe and tummy tuck. i have two kids and want to lose 10lbs and get my abs and butt back. i weigh 137 after my second child, what do you recommend i do? please help. you look so great. I am also breastfeeding and that helps me cut down on calories but doesn’t help my after birth flab.
    Thank You

    1. Hi Ellie, you can download the workout plans here. As for the Slimdown plan, it’s really not a good idea if you’re breastfeeding. It cuts down on your calories too much, which is not healthy when you’re breastfeeding – when you’re breastfeeding, you should at least be consuming 1500 per day. I would recommend eating a healthy, whole foods diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats while you’re doing the workouts. It’s not only going to help you get rid of your post-baby weight, but it will also be good for your child. Keep track of your calories and macronutrients online at myfitnesspal.com to make sure you’re getting enough of what you and your baby need. Good luck!

  17. Hey, so I’m technically a “pear shape” as he says with saddlebags that really aren’t that bad but still about 5″ larger than my hips. Right now I’m following the Insanity 60 day plan and supplementing it each day with the High & Tight workout. Do you think this is a wise plan? I’m not doing cardio axe because I feel the Insanity obviously offers enough cardio, as well as Bum Bum because it seems to be a more cardio-based butt workout and Insanity does offer a lot of glute-toning exercises in its videos. With sculpt, I’m usually too tired to do a full body workout, plus Insanity does do upper body workouts (and my upper body is already really toned). I’m using a high-resistance band for High & Tight and about 3 lb weights for my legs. I just want to make sure I’ll be toning and not adding bulk (I’m doing all of the reps), and that this workout combo will be effective, because I know you say to stick straight to the Classic schedule.

    1. Hi Jenna – the thing about Bum Bum is that it really targets specific muscles like your hips and thighs, so I would not recommend skipping it. While INSANITY does work your entire core, including your glutes sometimes, it’s really not a butt-blasting workout like BBL. I did do an INSANITY/BBL hybrid program after finishing BBL, so if you’re interested, you can read my Brazil Butt Lift & INSANITY hybrid workout schedule. It gives you an easy-to-follow plan that works all your trouble areas, while incorporating the cardio from INSANITY. You will not get bulky from this plan, you will just super charge the cardio portion while retaining the muscle-toning workouts and moves from BBL. Hope this helps, but if you do have any other questions, please ask. Good luck!

    1. Hi Alejandra, If impossible I would try to pick up on the day you missed and just push back your end date.

  18. Hi Bethany! I have the BBL system and enjoy all of the workouts except Cardio Axe. Would my results be sabotaged if I just subbed an equal time of cardio (such as the elliptical or treadmill) for that particular workout?

    1. Hi Kristine, because Cardio Axe was designed to reduce, strengthen and sculpt certain areas of the body, including hips, butt, thighs and stomach, while keeping your heart rate in the “fat-burning zone”, I would try to stick with the workout if you can. I know how my muscles felt after doing Cardio Axe, and I’m not sure you’ll ever get the same feeling from the treadmill or the elliptical machine as you would from really pushing yourself through Cardio Axe. I just don’t want you to not get the best results possible because of it. However if you absolutely can’t stand it, I would suggest substituting in inclined treadmill or elliptical work for at least 40 minutes no more than once a week. And just so you know, the Brazil Butt Lift also has some other add-on cardio/strength workouts you can purchase separately like the Deluxe Kit add-on Rio Extreme or Master Series workout Cardio Carnivale, which you might like better.

  19. Thank you for your reply! I have been doing them back to back, until yesterday, when I was short on time. I discovered that when I separated the workouts I was better at them and not too exhausted to follow through certain moves. I just wasn’t sure if I would still get the results that I’m so desperately striving for. =O Thank you for all your help! Your blog has totally sold me on the BBL. I can only hope my results are as fabulous as yours. Thank you!!!

  20. I noticed that there are two separate workouts for each day (most days). Would you suggest doing them consecutively or doing one in the morning and one in the evening? Just wondering what you think would bring better results ??? Thanks!

    1. Hi Chrystal! I tried to do the longer workout in the early afternoon and the shorter workout in the evening, which happened to work better with my schedule. I also liked the idea of doing them separately, because then, I felt like I was getting my metabolism up twice a day – not just once. If something ever did come up and I couldn’t do them separately, I would just do both workouts back to back without worrying about it, which did happen. My advice is, whatever way is going to work best for you and your schedule is the way that is going to get you the best possible results.

  21. Hey Bethany!
I wanted to tell you how motivational I find your website. I’m currently at the beginning of the second week of the combination program, which looks quite intense on the workout schedule. But after reading this post, instead of nagging to myself about how hard it’s gonna be, I’m gonna be glad for it. It’s this intensity that’s going to get me great results for sure!
I didn’t take any pictures before I started but I did after week one, I believe it’s going to help me keep going :)

    1. Hi Sacha! Great news to hear you’re working hard and keeping a positive attitude – if you think you can you will :) Week 2 is tough, but just take it one workout at a time – you’ll do great. Good luck & make sure to keep me updated!
