What to Do in Your First Week As a Brand New BODi Coach

Signing up as a new Coach is exciting! And now that you joined (or maybe you’re still thinking about it), you should be excited to launch your brand new business.

But how? I’ll show you the simple steps all new coaches on my team learn.

Here we go.

Why Your First Week As a New BODi Coach Is So Important

Before we go over exactly how you can get started right, it’s important to understand why you need to take action as a new Coach. Especially if you’re looking to earn some extra income or even turn this into a full-time business.

The coaching business isn’t called a side hustle for no reason. It’s because you need to hustle! Fast! Hustle means relentlessly pursuing whatever needs to be done to reach those goals.

That means you should set aside time every single day to work on your business. Remember it’s not going to work if you don’t put in the work.

And what you do over your first week as a new BODi Coach is key to building a strong foundation for your business – if that’s what you’re interested in achieving. Even what you do in the first 48 hours will either get you more excited about your business or completely overwhelmed and wanting to quit.

You may not feel quite ready to launch your business at this point in time and that’s okay! Totally normal. But this is where I’m going to tell you to throw any fears or reservations you might have aside. For real. It’s time to let it go and focus on why you’re doing this.

And if you don’t have your why yet – you need to figure that out asap.

Where to Begin As a New Coach

The BODi Coach Office is amazing. It has training on everything you ever need to be successful as a brand new Coach or even as a more experienced Coach. But…and I repeat that as a big BUT, it can be a lot.

Too many times I see new Coaches try to learn too many things when they first sign up, and they forget to start doing. This leads to frustration and eventually giving up before they give themselves the time to succeed.

Your Very First Steps

The very first thing to do is look at the new Coach Welcome emails from BODi. Then set up a call with your sponsor Coach to go over your goals and your why. Then together, you will create a plan of action to reach them.

We created this guide to help new Coaches on our team launch their first group, and now, we’re sharing it with you below. We have two very simple tasks to do each day that will help you launch your business and become a Success Starter!

So What’s A Success Starter?

The Success Starter program is a recognition program created specifically for new Coaches. You simply need to help 3-5 new people in 3 out of your first 6 months. I always try to help my new Coaches achieve this right away, because when you start strong, you build a strong foundation for your business to grow on.

What Are the Benefits of Becoming A Success Starter?

As a new BODi Coach, becoming a Success Starter needs to be one of the top goals you set for yourself. Why? Because becoming a Success Starter means you help more people. And the more people you help, the more you can potentially earn. In fact, Success Starters earn 133% more than those who aren’t.

To be a Success Starter, you have to earn SC5 (Success Club 5) or SC10 (Success Club 10) in 3 out of your first 6 months as a new Coach.

Here’s how the Success Starter rewards are broken down:

  • When you earn SC 5 or SC 10 for the first and second time as a new Coach in the first 6 months, you will be recognized in the Coach Office leader boards.
  • When you reach SC 5 or SC 10 for the third time in your first 6 months, you’ll be recognized in the Coach Office leader boards. PLUS, you get a free ticket to our annual Coaches Summit AND access to a workout program, nutritional product or fitness content before it launches!

If you don’t know, Success Club is the points system earned when you help 3 or more people connect with the right BODi Total solution pack each month to to help them achieve their goals and lead a healthy, fulfilling life.

How to Launch Your First Group

Launching your first BOD group shouldn’t be a complicated process or something that stresses you out and makes you want to quit. While it’s okay to feel nervous and excited, this 7 Day Coach Launch is designed to help our new Coaches feel more confident and ready to take action.

I should also mention the launch is for FB group or BOD group.

Which Social Media Platform Should You Use?

I always recommend choosing ONE social media platform to focus on during your business launch, because managing too many accounts is overwhelming. And if you’re already working another full-time job or you’re a stay-at-home mom who has very little time between naps and getting enough rest yourself, the last thing you want is too add too much more to your plate.

Plus this launch is all about simplicity!

Don’t know which platform to choose? Start with a social media account you already have and get the most interaction on. Once you feel more confident about what you’re doing every day and start going on auto-pilot, you can start adding other platforms in.

Ready to Launch Your First Group?

I hope you’re ready to start your business the right way with a support and accountability group! I know this guide will help you as much as it has helped so many new Coaches on our team!

My only quick advice I’d give is to remember to use your own words when talking with people. You can’t just use scripts, put your heart into it and be helpful. Remember our business is all about serving others, so if you’re only in it for yourself, you’re not going to make much money.

Conclusion

Hopefully this helps you if you’re struggling with what to do as a new BODi coach. And remember you shouldn’t follow it exactly. It is meant to be used as a guide to get started.

The key is just get started and take action today.
