Baked Chicken Parmesan


  • 4 Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra-Virgin
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Combine panko and Italian seasoning, set aside

  3. Use a bowl to coat each chicken breast with olive oil

  4. Dredge each chicken breast in panko breading to cover

  5. Place each panko covered chicken breast in an oven safe glass baking dish  

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flip each piece and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through

  7. If you would like, add a Tbsp of sauce & cheese, place back into the oven until melted
