My Background Briefly

After many years of sitting at a desk and living an unhealthy, inactive lifestyle, I was left with large, unsightly saddlebags, a muffin top, and cellulite on almost every part of my body – even the not-so-fat parts of me. It’s Very Easy to Tone Down to your Current Fitness Level

One of the best things about the BBL workout is that you don’t have to be in top shape to reap the benefits of the Brazil Butt Lift. When I first started, I was out of shape and got out of breath with my heart pounding very easily. Let’s just say I couldn’t finish Cardio Axe without having to walk it out now and then or tone down the moves, not jumping around quite as much or doing the moves as powerfully.     1. Hi Amber, Congratulations! You will want to to talk to your obstetrician before beginning any new workout program. Generally it is advised to not do anything that you could or would not do before pregnancy.
