With BODi blocks, you work out for 4 weeks total. The first three weeks are scheduled workouts in the program calendar, and the 4th week is what’s called the UP week. The UP week is an active recovery week of mostly your choice.

Each workout is around 30 minutes, so it won’t take too much commitment each day. And they’re always fun, so it never feels like real work anyways no matter how much you sweat.

Then after UP week, you can either repeat the program or move onto another workout program or try out some live classes if you’re up for it.
