How to Use the Circle Habit Tracker
I used to think circle habit trackers were just to look pretty and not very useful, but they’re actually simple and intuitive – exactly what you need to help you work towards your goals.
- Choose up to six habits you want to focus on for the month. These can be health and wellness related (Walking, water intake, journaling, vitamins, strength training, meditation, sleep, etc.) or personal goals (wake up early, write for one hour, quite smoking, finish your to-do list, volunteer, etc.)
- Label each line with one habit.
- Each day, fill in or mark the corresponding segment when you complete the habit.
- Watch your progress grow as the circle fills throughout the month.

“Tool” Recommendations
I use and recommend printables to a lot of people because they are so helpful to stay motivated! Over the years, I’ve found a few ways that really make a difference in the quality of your printables.
- Use Premium paper: A 32 lb pound weight paper like HP Premium32 pound paper will prevent your highlighters or markers from bleeding through the paper.
- The markers/pens: I searched around the journaling communities and have found these Zebra Pen Highlighters and Straedtler Fineliners are often recommended their excellent durability and longevity.
- Laminate: Self-adhesive laminating sheets like these from Avery allow you to laminate your printables in a low cost method. Prefect for the use with dry erase markers.
These tools make a huge impact on the quality of the finished printable.
