What simply began as blogging about my experience to keep myself accountable with the Brazil Butt Lift workout program after years of trying unsuccessfully to lose weight, quickly became a way to encourage thousands of women to take charge of their health and fitness, too.
For the first time in my adult life, I was content with the way I looked and how I felt. That’s why I decided to become a coach. Being healthy felt incredibly good, and it changed everything for me. Literally.
I was very unhealthy after my father passed, suffering from depression and debilitating anxiety that actually sent me to the emergency room in fear I was having heart trouble. For years, I dealt with an unhealthy body image and emotional eating issues that were borderline destructive. I worked a regular 9-5 job, but that wasn’t where I wanted to be. I wanted more out of life. I wanted more freedom. I wanted time. I wanted to run my own business. And that’s when I decided to take my coaching to the next level.
Along with running online accountability groups, I also mentor other women (and some men, too!) on how to grow their own successful online health and fitness businesses with or without a blog like mine. I’ve been able to grow a six-figure business in less than two years and work with people from all over the world who want my exclusive training and mentorship.
After having my son in November 2016, I feel like everything came full circle and fell into alignment. A simple blog, to online fitness coaching and business mentorship has been an amazing journey. I will continue to share what works and what doesn’t.
Remember, real change starts with your own health and fitness. You are never too old, too young, too big or too small to take charge of your life. And I know you’ll hear this a lot, but if I can do it, so can you!
