  1. Sadly I won’t be completing BBL until the tennis season is over but I can’t wait to take it on! And loose weight!:) I can’t wait to tone up, how/what would you do burn extra fat tone up to the extreme!
    Hope your pregnancy is smooth!

    1. Hi Allie, Good luck with tennis this year. BBL will be there when you get back! And, everything is going well here, thank you for asking. :) Bethany

    2. Hi Bethany,

You are an inspiration! I’m going to start my BBL.. I weigh 80ks, 5’2′ and I have a big tummy. I would like to lose weight and change my lifestyle. I have 2x questions for you. 1. What would be the best workout for me. 2. What food/diet plan did you use hand in hand workout?

      1. Hi Shasha, I would go with the classic/combination schedule. I followed the diet plan that comes with the BBL program, but I did cheat 1-2 times a week to keep myself sane. Bethany

  2. Hello!
I have had BBL for 3 years now..and haven’t completed it once…(I know that is awful!)
I have hated my body for almost 4 years now. I’ll lift weights for a few weeks plus cardio (intense workouts) and no results except in weight and it maybe a pound or too.
I’m beginning school again and my goal is to workout 30 minutes a day (during my tennis season.)
After tennis I really want to do BBL so I can feel confident in myself and body because who doesn’t to feel confident and have a beautiful body!
    I currently weight 137, hips 38″ waist 28″
Essentially I want to tone up my entire body (legs, booty, arms, waist, abs) I am a pair shaped figure but not entirely. I do have a butt but I wouldn’t mind loosing it for a lifted tight perky booty along side with a nice toned body.
If you were to recommend tips what would it be for a gal who is trying to
    1.) Tone up using BBL
    2.) Loose fat
3.)loose the saddlebags and inner thigh fat/ fat all over thighs
    Thank you so much.
    Hugs!!

    1. Hi Allie, Best tip – get started! The areas you are concerned with are the exact areas that the BBL program targets. I would recommend the slim and lift or one of the lower intensity schedules sinve you will be complementing the program with a sport. Bethany

      1. So essentially the program will help me blast unwanted fat (i.e. saddlebags) tone my booty and tighten and sculpt the muscles in my body?

      2. during my tennis season I doubt I can follow a plan but my goal is to workout 30 minutes everyday! so instead of working out with a program do you think it would be beneficial to do bum bum cardio axe high and tight 4-5 times during the weekdays switching them out and sculpt on the weeks?

      3. I did my first BUM BUM today!
I only did 25 minutes I was wore out!
Next 2 days are tennis matches then back on track!
        Hugs!
Hope you and your baby are well!!!

  3. hey bethany! just finished my 1st day of BBL and i was defiantly out of shape! thought i would be but i had a bite to eat prior to workout. even though i only burned 200 calories i am still happy i completed the workout! i am doing the slim and shape program any tips on how to tone down those saddlebags? thanks

    1. Hi Allie, Just stick with the program and you will see results, this program is awesome fo the legs and butt. bethany

      1. I have done only 3 days of the workouts due to some last minute emergencies with school, and its been a week so I have only worked out 3 times. And I have lost 1 inch! I feel a little discouraged because I lost 3 lbs. then gained it back (whoops! had to have a little fun with some friends) I continued to follow my plan just like I had completed the workout and I plan to do them after 1 month of the workout. Any tips for not falling back on days. I know it sounds ridiculous that I didn’t have time but its 110% true!

      2. Don’t be too hard on yourself Allie. It happens and today is a new day, just take it a day at a time and try to do be better than yesterday. Bethany

      3. I have now done my 1st week (only with doing 4 workouts) and I see a little change within my butt; looks higher and less of a crease. I know I haven’t eaten up to par yet and thats where I find most of my trouble because I can do the workouts its eating healthy that is killing me any tips!

      4. Hi Allie, Planning and meal prep is a good way to stick to healthy eating. Some people also have luck when they force themselves to write everything they eat down or take pictures of everything you eat to stay accountable. Bethany

      5. I guess I am being to hard on myself because I have goals and I haven’t achieved them yet..I am at 38 and lost 1/2 an inch I would love to reach 36 or 35.5 and I weight 137 and I would love to be 120-125 and eating healthy is my only problem!

      6. hey bethany! i have had a rough week with BBL once again i have skipped a workout bc of schoolwork. i think eating is my main problem i have a healthy breakfast but i feel as if i don’t get enough to eat bc i get hungry in the middle of the day should i begin drinking protein shakes in the middle of the day to ensure i get full

      7. HI ALlie, A meal replacement shake is a good option if you need something quick and easy. Try to look for something with some healthy fats or eat a handful of nuts along with it to keep you feeling full longer. BEthany

  4. Hi. I started BBL once, and hurt my knee a few weeks in. I’m getting ready to start again. I was looking at these calendars vs. the ones sent with the workouts, and they are completely different! Even the 2 Classic schedules are different. Should I pick one of these calendars, or the ones sent with my package?

    1. Hi Hunter, Yes, they changed the schedules since I did the workout program. The schedules here are the originals. I have heard the new schedules are much lighter in workload, which might not be a bad thing. I would go with the updated schedules. Bethany

      1. I noticed that these are much more intense than what came with my recently purchased Deluxe package as well! Makes me feel like I should be doing your originals, but I’ll go with the package reccommendations for now. One thing I especially notice is that the “original” schedules favor Cardio Axe over Bum Bum, which I also prefer and find more slimming. Hmmm….

      2. Hi Hes,, Yes, the original workout schedules were more difficult. I find it funny that my testimonial is used in the materials that come with the program but I did follow the original version of the workout calendar. Bethany

  5. Hi Bethany, on the days where there are two workouts like Monday and Friday (classic schedule), do you have to do both workouts in a row or one in the morining an the other one in the afternoon?

    1. Hi Lourdes, it’s best to do the two workouts in one day however works best for your schedule…if that means doing one in the morning and one at night, then that’s perfect. It will not affect your results either way. As long as you’re doing all the workouts, you’ll get great results. :)

    1. Hi Anna Maria – when you incorporate the extra DVDs is really up to you and when you feel ready. I started including them when I began to get a little bored with the regular five workouts. I used Rio Extreme instead of Sculpt or Cardio Axe, Abs Rapido for Tummy Tuck when I was short on time, and Upper Cuts for when I had enough energy to get in a quick extra workout. I used mostly use in place of other workouts to change it up, but in the case of Upper Cuts, just when I wanted a little extra or on rest days. I hope that helps :)

      1. I haven’t watched or attempted Rio Extreme yet but hoped it might be something that could be swapped for Sculpt. Is it more intense or about the same? Thanks for reading all my questions. :)

      2. Hi Jess, Rio Extreme is a little more intense in my opinion. Both are really good workouts and yes you can switch them up with each other. Bethany
