The Pencil Test: Determine if You Need a Brazil Butt Lift

If you’ve seen the infomercials for the Brazil Butt Lift, then you are very familiar with the Pencil Test.

Brazil Butt Lift workout Pencil Test is performed for the sole purpose of determining whether your butt needs a lift or not, which in turn lets you decide if the Brazil Butt Lift will help you in the rear department. If you were around in the 70’s, then the pencil test is nothing new to you. For everyone else, here it is.

The Pencil Test Revealed

The only materials you will need are a pencil and your butt. In my case, I happened to choose a colored pencil that matched my bathing suit bottom. I just figured the image content was embarrassing enough that I would make it as colorful as possible to direct attention away from the fact that I have a pencil stuck under my rear left butt cheek!

I’m only showing you so this image so that, eight weeks from now, you are able to really view how much the Brazil Butt Lift transforms your body. I also wanted to help you see what a failed Pencil Test looks like.

This picture has not been altered in any way – it is my own big butt in all its shining glory – stretch marks and saddlebags included.

As the picture reveals, it’s pretty self-explanatory. You simply take a pencil and place it in the crease where your butt meets the top of the back of your thigh. If the pencil stays where it is (which it did), or disappears entirely (which it almost did), then your derriere lacks the lift that would reduce the size of this crease (or what I like to call, my “butt’s smile lines”).

In my case, the crease is more like a deep chasm where the pencil could have stayed all day had I not removed it. It was quite literally almost stuck, because I have so much sagging. Yes, I failed the pencil test miserably, which is why I am now doing the Brazil Butt Lift workout program now.

Decrease Your Crease

Luckily, that’s what the Brazil Butt Lift is specially designed for – to help you lose the fat on your bottom and firm it up so that your butt is more lifted and shaped nicely. Whether you’re pear-shaped, overweight or just flat with no lift, the TriAngle Training Method, created by the Brazilian Butt Master himself, will help you get the best butt of your life. Once this occurs, the pencil will no longer be able to stay put and will fall on the floor.

I will put another image up weekly to see if I am able to accomplish this in only 60 days. Unfortunately, I will have my doubts until it happens, only because I can’t even tell you the last time the saggy crease was not there with the ripples of fat below. And if it works for me, then it is going to work for you too.

So, if your pencil stays put or completely disappears, you will highly benefit from the Brazil Butt Lift’s secrets to getting the perfect butt lift – sans the surgery!

  1. I’ve been hitting the brazil butt workouts 3 to 4 times a week. I’m not totally following the schedules as my work and work and family times don’t exactly allow specific times I’m grabbing workouts when I can and working to find perfect timing. That said: A couple of the workouts simply bored me. cardio axe and tummy tuck. I’m replacing tummy tuck with an ab workout from my husbands Beast workouts. Also doing his full body workout with him as well. which gives me more cardio than axe did.

That said: I’m starting my 3rd week.
1st week I worked out only short workouts 3 times a week. (because I only had the free workout and a killer ab workout)
2nd week I did: Sculpt, abs rapido , upper cuts, high and tight, bum bum, and high and tight again
3rd week: so far I’ve done about 25 min. of a Beast workout and Rio Extreme (which is kicking my butt)

So far I’m not seeing much difference in visual, scale or measurements. I do feel a difference

I’m wondering how long it might take me to start noticing a difference at my limited schedule.

    5’2
    115
    waist: 26 1/2
    tummy 30 :o
    saddle bags 36 1/2
    butt 35

    1. Hi Drea, Give it some time, it has only been two weeks. If you are feeling a differance, you’ll sonn be seeing one too.

  2. Thank you so much. I’ve been asking myself what the whole pencil test was about, and you site was able to break it down for me. I am in the process of purchasing the brazil butt lift too, I can’t wait.
