What is Beachbody On Demand in France?
Beachbody first produced workout videos on VHS tapes, and then moved on to DVDs. Now they’re streaming workouts online, which is a whole lot better than having a stack of workout programs to the ceiling! I will admit to having a very tall stack of workouts DVDs in our closet.
