Beachbody Coach Daily To-Do List with Printables

When I first started this blog, my goal was to share my fitness journey with my very first Beachbody workout program to help keep myself accountable. I had about 35 lbs to lose that I gained during college, and I was ready to make a change after trying unsuccessfully for years to lose the weight.

After a few months of blogging, my goal became to have the most helpful health and fitness (Beachbody) blog on the Internet with a focus on helping people to experience the same success I did with Beachbody workouts. The popular ones at the time were Brazil Butt Lift, Insanity, and P90X (I didn’t have much success with the last one).

Even though I didn’t have success with P90X, I still shared the journey across my blog and social media channels. This may sound wrong, but I believe sharing what doesn’t necessarily work for me is just as helpful to others as sharing what does work.

The point is you will always be sharing your journey. In this post, I’ll be sharing some tips to best share your posts on social media and how to create a daily coach to-do list to stay on track (my team’s samples are included).

First Steps to Creating a Daily To-Do List

Your overall goal as a Team Beachbody Coach is to help as many people as possible. If you’re not trying to help people, you probably want to look at something else other than coaching.

The first question I ask my new coaches is, “How many people do you want to help?” Then we break down what it’s going to take to achieve their goal based on their level of commitment and time availability.

Secondary goals like earning a six-figure income, paying off student loan debts, helping to save for family vacations, making a full-time income from home, retiring your husband, etc. to me are important, but it all has to start with how many people you’re going to help. The more people you help, the more potential you have.

The goals you set initially will create the road map for how you get there. Your daily to-do list will help you make sure you stay on track by consistently posting and sharing your journey to inspire and help others.

To create your daily to-do list, you can use a spreadsheet, notebook, planner, extra pieces of paper, etc.

A Non-Negotiable Daily Half-Hour of Dedicated Work

You really don’t have to have all the time in the world to do this, especially if you’re still working full-time or taking care of your kids all day like I did and continue to do now, which has really helped me narrow down the activities that matter the most.

One thing that should be non-negotiable is putting in at least 30 minutes of dedication each and every day to coaching. Because if you have only 30 minutes during the week to build your coaching business, there are specific things you should focus on to get noticed.

These are the list of activities all of the coaches on our team to complete each day if that’s all the time they can give until the weekends. Starting your coach journey can be very part-time in the beginning(written by me 6 years ago), but keeping up active during the week (even if it’s after the kids go to bed or you get out of work!) will help you get there even faster.

A Few Examples of My Team’s Daily Action Plans and Activity Trackers

Here are a few links to different activity trackers I personally use and share with my team to build connections with people. When working with my new team members, we go into more detail, planning out times and different activities that can be added or subtracted from the base list examples you see below.

Beachbody Coach Social Media Posting Schedule

One thing you might’ve noticed from the coach daily to-do list is the importance of posting to social media sites like Facebook and/or Instagram. When you’re new, it can be kind of daunting putting yourself out there – I totally get it! But this is how you’re going to share your story and let your friends and followers to get to really know you and your healthy lifestyle.

The best times to post are when your specific audience is on the specific social media platform. On Instagram, you can look at your Insights > Audience and look at what days and times your audience is most active. For FB, it’s more of trial and error and finding out what works. Also don’t forget stories in Instagram and Facebook!!! They are what’s doing well right now, because your audience wants to know what your day really looks like!

Not sure what hashtags to use on your images? Here are some of the top fitness-related hashtags you can use. Remember to be diverse and not use more than 30!!!

And to always be as productive as possible (especially if you’re short on time!) – shut off your phone alerts, close all the pointless browser tabs, and get focused.

Conclusion

As a Beachbody coach, your not-so-secret to success is always going to be consistency. You have to put in the work even on days you don’t feel like it or when you think you don’t possibly have enough time.

Creating a social media posting schedule and using an activity tracker to stay accountable is extremely helpful, so you’re not posting day-to-day and trying to think of things to say.

I hope this helps you. These are some of the most useful things I’ve learned through trial and error when trying to find balance. You will find balance and make it work!
