When selecting the right Beachbody workout program for you, there are some things you should take into account such as the results you are looking for, trainer personality, and perhaps the biggest factor:
- Workout Time: If you do not have enough time in the day to complete the workouts, then you need a shorter program to ensure you can stick with it.
Just to warn you, this post is rather lengthy as I have tried to be as thorough as possible by including each workout’s length, the shortest and longest workout from each program, and the time of the combined workouts .
