Twitter allows you to connect with anyone else in the world who has a Twitter account, including Beachbody trainers like Brazil Butt Lift trainer, Leandro Carvalho, as well as Insanity and Focus T25 creator, Shaun T, plus many, many more.
What’s really great about it is that when you connect with the Beachbody trainers, you are connecting with health and fitness experts who not only share tips and motivation, but also allows you to take a look inside who they are personally.

@leandrofitness is best known for designing the workout program, Brazil Butt Lift. Leandro also works with the world’s top supermodels with a focus on toning and tightening the butt. Leandro also likes to share pics from Instagram on his Twitter account, including some very cute pics of his dog, Miles – loving animals, I find it really adorable.
@shauntfitness is likely my favorite Beachbody trainer on Twitter. Shaun T is a blast on Twitter – he posts often and is as motivational in real life as he is in his workout programs. Shaun T began with creating dance-based workouts like Rockin’ Body and Hip Hop Abs, but really made a household name of himself with the creation of the Insanity workout program and the program I love to hate – Focus T25.
@Tony_Horton: the man who needs no introduction. Tony Horton, the creator of P90X and countless other fitness programs, is how can I say it?, “himself “on his Twitter account. Tony provides lots of valuable links, quick fitness tips, what he’s up to, and also mixes in some promotional tweets here and there to create a very active Twitter presence. I highly recommend following Tony if you need some extra fitness motivation.
@ChaleneJohnson is a mother of two and is also the producer of three of the most popular Beachbody programs: Chalean Extreme, TurboFire, and Turbo Jam. Chalene’s tweets are very motivational and will help you, not only help with your fitness goals, but can also help you become a better person.
@LESMILLSPUMP is the official twitter account for the Les Mills Beachbody trainers. I don’t personally follow this account, but if you are doing any of the Les Mills workouts from Beachbody, this is a Twitter account you will definitely want to follow for advice and motivation.
@debbiesiebers is the personal Twitter account of the Slim Series workout program, Debbie Siebers. Debbie is very active on Twitter, always interacting with her followers while providing solid health and fitness advice.
@DonnaRJoyner is the creator of Body Gospel from Beachbody. With more than 25 years of fitness and motivation experience, this Twitter account is a must-follow if you are looking for not just a physical transformation, but a spiritual one as well.
@bretthoebel is not just a trainer on the hit NBC series, the Biggest Loser, he is also the trainer behind the hit RevAbs workout program. This twitter account has a mix of everything from Brett’s personal experiences to sharing helpful fitness information. If you want great looking abs, you must follow Brett.
@kathyfit is the official Twitter account of Kathy Smith, a health and fitness expert who has appeared in more than 35 videos. Her Twitter account is filled with links to helpful information, personal experiences, and ways to manage your life better.
